MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT securely connect to outside tools and data. The DealGround MCP connects your assistant to DealGround's property, owner, and document data, so it can answer with real records instead of guessing.
Any assistant that supports remote MCP connectors, including Claude (web, desktop, and mobile) and ChatGPT. You add the same connector URL in each one.
Yes. When you add the connector you'll sign in with your DealGround login, and your assistant sees exactly the data your account has access to. Nothing more.
The MCP is included with your DealGround subscription. Skip traces are the one exception: they're billed the same way as skip traces run in the app, and your assistant will only run one when you ask it to.
The connection uses the same secure sign-in as the DealGround app. Access is scoped to your account, you can disconnect at any time from your AI tool's settings, and nothing is shared between accounts.
