Follow these steps to view Sales and Lease Comps

1. Open the Explore Map and find the area you want

• From the home page, go to Explore Map.
• Search for the market or area you want to review (example used: Cornrow, Texas).
• Once the results load, you can work with the full set of properties shown on the map.

2. Add the results to a new list

• After the search results appear, click Add all to a list.
• Give the list a name so it’s easy to find later (example: Cornrow, Texas).
• This creates a saved list that you can use for reporting and analysis.

3. Open your saved list from My List

• Go to My List.
• Click the list you just created.
• This opens the list details page where reporting tools are available.

4. Use the Reporting View to analyze comps

• In the list, open Reporting View.
• Use this view to sort by the factors you care about.
• Switch between reporting modes such as:
  • Sales comps
  • Lease comp view
  • Prospecting view
  • Your view (customizable)
